Not all data needs local norms, and using them incorrectly can muddy the picture instead of clarifying it. This webinar is designed to help coordinators and educators understand when local norms are useful, how to evaluate whether they’re appropriate for the data you have, and how they can support more informed decision-making.

Riverside Insights will provide strategic context, walk through interpretation considerations and offer a light, practical look at how an analysis might be structured using Excel or similar tools. The session wraps up with an open Q&A to address real questions from participants.
