Parallel pathways are varied approaches students use to take in, process, and produce knowledge. They can be created by tailoring learning targets in ways that leverage students’ interests, funds of knowledge, and talents. This session presents teachers with a framework for creating assets-focused parallel pathways in their own classroom that foster engagement and enrichment in all learners.
