Jessi Dall

Jessi Dall is the founder and CEO of Sophos Speech and Academics, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, and the proud mother of three. With over 20 years of experience, she has collaborated closely with families and schools to create effective, student-centered support systems. Her academic support model has been adopted by multiple schools across the Valley.

A former classroom teacher in both public and private settings, Jessi taught second, fourth, and fifth grades before launching her private practice. Today, she continues to work directly with students, consults for small businesses, speaks at educational conferences, and empowers parents to navigate special education services, including the IEP and 504 processes.
