Karen Arnestein

Karen B. Arnstein, Ed.D. is a postdoctoral researcher at Purdue University leading Javits grant research in positive psychology to identify underrepresented gifted students. She also studies the developmental transitions of twice-exceptional learners and co-developed the Spiral Model of Development. A co-founder of Spiral We, a core faculty member at Bridges Graduate School and Chair of NAGC’s Special Populations Network, Dr. Arnstein presents nationally on gifted education, advancing strength-based approaches to support diverse gifted and 2e populations.
